T60 XGA to SXGA+ screen upgrade question

I have a 14.1'' T60 (type 1951-4MU) with the XGA screen and want to upgrade to a higher resolution.

Which screen should I get?

I saw on ebay the SXGA+ screen a couple listings for about $100-$125 from Hong Kong. Should I get that?

Also, is the video connector the same as for my current XGA screen? this is because the screen that I see on Ebay do not seem to come with the video cable, they only come with the power cable for the inverter
