Difference between T42 2373M1G and T42 2373M3G?

I'm wondering whether there's a difference between those two models? Comparing the specs on the IBM-website I do not find any. Where can I find more detailed info?

The M1G has an IBM abg card and 80GB while the M3G has the 2200BG and 60GB
IBM T43 2668-95U / ATI X300
Backup: IBM T41P 2373-GGU / ATI FireGL T2
SOLD: IBM X40 2371-8EU..
