Microphone/Speaker Combo Jack does not work.

After Ubuntu 10.10 was installed on my ThinkPad Edge 11, everything goes fine including built-in speaker but Microphone/Speaker Combo Jack does not work.

Is it require additional driver? If so where to find it? Or it does not work with Ubuntu at all? Anyone can help?
