HI, is there someone who knows how to remove the keyboard? Or some website with instructions? Thanks!

What model?

On a ThinkPad i 2611-410 (old), you snap out the little bar at the top of the keyboard (a bit tricky) and that reveals two screws holding in the keyboard.

For the 1161 series, get the HMM: http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... IGR-4KZUYK & follow the directions...

Relatively simple procedure, & allows acces to the mini-pci slot, etc...

Have fun!
