T61 Hinges

My T61 screen started wobbling (not heavily though) after 2yrs of use, most of the time my laptop screen would be open and rests in a table as i don't take it with me often, and i don't open and close the screen more often, then why the wobbling occurs?

I have seen many telling that thinkpad hinges are strong and wont wobble much even after few years of use!

Is there any way i can tighten this little bit without opening my laptop apart
