I am drawing a blank here about keyboards

Are the keyboards on a 15" 4:3 aspect T60 and a 15.4" wide screen T500 interchangable?

For some reason, the part of my brain that usually knows these answers is not working tonight :mrgreen:

I was sure I had seen this thread. To avoid starting a new thread for a simple quick question, I dare hijack it:

Are T4x keyboards compatible with the T60? I don't know if the plug actually fits, just checking to avoid damaging something in case the plug is the same but with a different pin configuration.

No. The number & position of the screws is different.
X301 -- X201s -- X2faux1s -- X201 -- x230 -- T61 -- T60p -- T42p
