t400 bluetooth problem

Hi
i have a t400, it works properly, not any problem. it has been installed with original cd. But i can't connect with my mobile phone by bluetooth. on network connections( control panel) there isn't any bluetooth choice. what is missing? how can solve this problem? is it a driver problem?

FN-F5, enable bluetooth radio.
