IBM R61 7732-CTO Replacement wireless card

Ok I see that abgn can be done with this model of laptop. Anyone know what the FRU number is for the wireless card for the laptop? or is there a compatible one that would work for this laptop?

FRU# 42T0867 that is the intel 4965AGN card.

Check to make sure you have the 3rd (white) antenna wire coming from the LCD. Not all screens have them.

Ok if I don't have one, is that a bad thing or ?

You'll only have a slightly less strong signal, no problem at all.
If you have it and not use it, you could use the WWAN or Bluetooth antenna as the third one.

Sorry for the long reply, and thanks for you guys' assistance as usual... Been busy as of late.... christmas seems to do that as least once a year... so does new years!
