Thinkpad t43 ram type

Hello guys what type of ram do i put in my T43 currently has 1gb i want to max her out at 2gb

Welcome to the forum!

Get SO-DIMM DDR2, 533MHz or 667MHz. If you now have 2x 512MB sticks, sell them and buy 2x 1GB sticks. If you've a 1x 1GB stick, just buy another 1GB.
