New W510 Fn+F5 does nothing and can't turn on Bluetooth

I just got my W510 last week, installed an SSD and built it from the recovery disks. I've loaded all my apps and everything works, but I can't turn on Bluetooth so I can match up my mouse. Fn+F5 does absolutely nothing. Is there a program I can run that will allow me to turn that device on?

Install the following to enable FN-F5;
Power manager
Power Management driver
Hotkey Features Integration

Thanks a bunch! That solved my problem and now I'm able to use my bluetooth mouse.
