Guide for Zender's Bios Hack?

GREETINGS:

I was just wondering if there is a "nooby proof" guide
for this hack? As I 've been searching the thread and
google to no avail. Even Zender's own is not so clear
for someone with low IQ like yours truly!!

You have to join, but there's good stuff there.
They may even have one already!
