T410 (2522-AZ9) won't wake up out of "Stand-By" mode.

After doing Shutdown --> Standby... closing lid and taking to home network, my new T410 with Windows XP (Corp. image) will not wake up when I touch Fn key (like on previous T60.) Lights on the keyboard and the light beside the camera flash every 20 seconds or so, and I finally need to hold power button down to turn off completely.

I do connect an external IBM screen and keyboard. I just got it with corporate image on it, and haven't had time to investigate BIOS settings or config setings. Any ideas? Appreciate help.

>>> I installed drivers for Enhanced USB Keyboard and while connected to external Screen, keyboard & fingerprint reader. Tested the Enhanced Keyboard worked by pressing the customized buttons. All good. Went to Standby mode... Then pressed Fn key and laptop woke up! Took laptop home and same problem!!!

>>> Will do some more research and testing when I get a moment.
>>>>Gong to download latest BIOS and Power Mgnt updates and see if this helps.

Thank you!
