Need urgent help, 8GB RAM don´t work and need to replace.

I have just bought two of this chips: http://www.alternate.es/html/product/Mo ... R3+SO-DIMM+

It came on a sealed box labeled at 1066mhz, but the chips are labeled 1333mhz. Model number is TSD34096M1333C9-E, so they put the new 1333mhz on the old box and sell them as 1066mhz but they are not.
Problem, it doesn´t boot with both chips. On the bottom slot both chips allow to boot (so are not damaged), but Windows 7 crashes when try to load. (tried with 2GB on the upper slot).
On the upper slot, no of the chips allow to boot and have the beep error, 2x3 beeps plus a beep.
It´s now working ok again with the 2x2gb, so the computer is also ok.

Well, the main problem is that that store doesn´t return me the money, they give me a voucher so I can buy another chips there. So I´m asking if any of you can confirm a model/brand that is known working with a T400 and 8GB of RAM (2x4GB).

Mine is a 6475ZDH, P8700 2.53 Core 2 Duo.
I should thank a lot if any of you can confirm that any of the model/brands there will work with the T400. Any other ideas should be apreciated.
(I tried everything, positions, combinations with the 2GB but no luck).

I believe I am having a problem associated with G.Skill F3-10666CL9D-4GBSQ (one of the linked modules) in my R400, so I am just tagging on here to see if there are any good suggestions for 2 x 4GB chips for a T400/R400. I am still troubleshooting the issue, which is a an intermittent no boot issue running 2 X 4GB F3-10666CL9D-4GBSQ.

samsung M471B5273CH0-CH9 will work.   this is lenovo FRU 55Y3717.   i have two of these in my X200T.

http://www.Crucial.com identifies the T400 as being compatible with a 4 GB memory module. They do state:

Q: Will my system recognize the maximum upgrade?

A: Possibly

How much memory your Windows OS will recognize depends on which version of Windows you are running. 32-bit versions of Windows will see (and utilize) only 3GB or 3.5GB. To utilize more memory, install a 64-bit version of your OS. More information about OS memory maximums can be found at http://www.crucial.com/kb/answer.aspx?qid=4251.

I have read only a couple complaints that there are some issues with compatiblity with the Brand you purchased. But the OS could also be the blame. I think if Crucial is willing to guarantee compatibilty...that might be a good way to go.

Good luck...I plan on ordering the same for my X200. Prices have really dropped and the 8 GB is tempting.

The memory is indeed DDR3-1333, so if it is operating at DDR3-1066, the laptop is simply downclocking the memory possibly because it does not support DDR3-1333. Our technical support department will be able to troubleshoot this issue.

The problem is that store I bought doesn't return me the money only change for other item.
The only i found was a guy telling about kingston  (KVR1066D3S7/4G)

But other guys tell avoid kingston but don't tell concrete experience, so I think is the best option to try...

I can confirm that Trascend memory have been working perfectly (8GB) on my t400. Solved. Its labeled ok at 1066 mhz.
