Factory restore doesn't work (f11) - after doing everything

Hi,
I have a IBM R32. Wanted to do a factory restore to the thinkpad but the F11 function was missed. (I sure that I have a hidden partition on the drive and checked it also (it calls IBM_SERVICE) ).
I installed rescue and recovery.
So, I read herehttp://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?t=56398 and did everything as mentioned.
After that, the F11 function appeared. I tried to do the factory restore but it came with this massage "the ibm product recovery function has been removed from this system". I followed this solution http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?t=61635 but after that I don't have the F11 function again. So, I'm pretty stuck.
I searched around the forum but for now nothing helps me.
The hidden partition in good health.
An about 2 years ago, I made an ISO image of the IBM SERVICE partition. Can I use it to restore (I don't have it on DVD + my DVD drive not works so well) ?
The Windows XP is working but I want to refresh the system for another reason.
