Brenthaven: Nice, but 9 cel bat won't fit in interior case

Well, my Brenthaven Slim laptop bag arrived yesterday. It's a well made case, that suits all of my needs, but it does suck very much that my T42 does not fit in the interior sleeve that came with the bag if the 9 cel battery is installed.

It may seem like a minor issue, but having to swap out batteries everytime I want to carry my laptop leaves me blue.
