Upgrading R52 wireless card.

#1 Post by chrisjbrooks » Sat Jan 08, 2011 3:16 pm

Hey I was wondering if there are any recommendations to upgrading the wireless card on my R52. I recently installed windows 7 and I like it, but I wanted to put in a more modern card that is directly supported under windows 7. Any suggestions?

Hey, I currently have the Intel PRO/Wireless 2915ABG card. I believe the intel website said they are no longer supporting this card or th e915 chipset, which is a bit sad since it would be nice to have more support under win 7.

Is this card any good and do they ware out after a while?
