Rescue And Recovery Install Problem

Hi i upgraded from vista home premieum to windows 7Ultimate. I can not get rescscue and recovery to install. It goes the whole way thru the install process then when you click finish it says there is not enough room to install the rescue and recovery envirorment. I have 11.9GB free on on Service V002[A:] and 180GB free on SW_Preload[C:]...... Any suggestions. Thanks
