X200/X201 Will either one do?

Looking for a replacement for my T500 which is still adequate for what I do, but I want a lighter solution with longer battery life. I've read much controversy about the X20x display quality. Will I be disappointed with the X200 or X201 display quality after using my T500 (wsxga+)? Any compelling reason to choose the 200 over the 201 other than price?

I'd say there's little practical difference between the two. Unless you push your CPU, I'd actually vote for the X200s. Since the LV or ULV CPU, depending on which way you go, run cooler, they tend to be more quiet. The fan on my X200t almost never comes on, but my X200 was more noisy. If you want a better screen, there's always the AFFS Mod, which you can do on the X200s as well.
