I have found that I am not using my X-31 laptop now that I have an X60s and other internet-capable devices, so I've started thinking of selling.
Product: ThinkPad X31 2885-PWU [change]
Operating system: All [change] --> running Win XPP
Original description: P M 1.6GHz, 256MB RAM (now 2GB), 40GB 4200rpm HDD (now 32GB SSD), 12.1 XGA(1024x768) TFT LCD, Modem(CDC), Intel PRO 802.11b wireless(MPCI), 1 Gb Ethernet(LOM), Secure Chip(TCPA), X3 UltraBase + CD, 6 cell battery, WinXP Pro
I have upgraded the original, functional 40GB HDD (which I still have) to a Transcend 32GB SSD and the RAM to 2GB. Somehow, I acquired 2 extra used keyboards and have all the original box & packaging plus IBM restore win XPP media plus an ultrabase with CD-rom drive. The battery is in the green, having been replaced recently. It runs very well and the SSD made a big difference in performance. I have not tried Win 7 on it but it should run like a champ.
All things being equal, I'd prefer to sell it to a Thinkpadian who will appreciate all the extra stuff. Any ideas as to *reasonable* price or should I de-bundle everything?

Transcend PATA SSDs are nice. I have one too. You probably want to note whether it is an early or late version or include a photo. The late ones are better. 2GB is a ot of RAM for DDR. A X40 with this level of spec recently sold for $150. You should be able to get this.

Re: Pricing advice X31 complete with SSD, 2GB, dock and extras
You would probably do better splitting the package up. You could probably get around $100 for the basic X31, and...IDK...maybe another $100+ for the SSD and RAM.
Collection = T500 - R400 - X300 - X200 - T61 (14" WXGA+) - T61 (14.1" SXGA+) - T60 (15" SXGA+) - X40 - T43p - T43 - T42p - A30P - 600E
