Officially, this is what LENOVO advertises in their documentation:

Code: Select all

Battery Life (XP / Vista)

4-cell battery life up to 3.3 hr/3.1 hr

6-cell battery life up to 6.5 hr/6.2 hr

9-cell battery life up to 9.8 hr/9.4 hr
You can subtract .5 hr for real usage.

Very tempting as I've been wanting an X200 series for a while, but I just got a T60 so I don't have the cash.

Hope someone that will treat it good gets it.

Thanks Brian10161. By the way, in case someone is interested in the AFFS LCD mod, this machine is a perfect candidate. The right buyer might even be able to twist my arm to do it for them at cost for the LCD ...

The "AFFS" modification is to install a screen with better viewing angles, correct?
Thinkpads I have known: (380z, T40, X32), X61, X200, X200S, X201

In addition to the viewing angles, which is a big plus, the Hydis screen offers a much better contrast than your typical notebook screen.

I purchased one of Harry's X200 AFFS mods, and the screen just blows me away! I loved my X200 size/shape/portability/keyboard/SSD/etc. -- loved it enough to put up with the stock screen -- when I traded away my stock X200 for the X200 AFFS, I couldn't have made a better choice -- the screen is bright, clear, crisp -- colors just 'pop' --
