Port Replicators / Dock II - Info Posted

Hi, my name is Nick, I'm a longtime lurker here. After searching through the forum quite a bit for information on the Dock II, I figured I'd contribute back and write up a bit of what I had found or knew already. My catalyst for this was I've just purchased a Dell 2405FPW and I want to use it with either my Port Replicator II and T40, or purchase a Dock II and video card for it, and I couldn't find any info on resolution support or video card options.

I encourage everyone interested in a dock or port replicator to take a look and if you like edit if you have something to contribute! Here it is:

I was thinking of buying one, but not now. The Linux support not so good on the DVI and the ability to have to use PCI-mini...
