90 watt 20v with X200?

#1 Post by emeraldgirl08 » Sat Jan 29, 2011 8:59 pm

I noticed last night that my 65-watt power brick got a little hot while I was surfing. I remembered that I had a 90-watt 20v adapter in my box of TP stuff. Would that work okay with my X200??? I'm guessing it should but I'd hate to fry my motherboard if it didn't! :? If it does work I'm pretty sure that the power brick would be less hot. TIA.

The connectors would probably not connect, if something was different. Go look up the Ultrabase product page and see the compatible chargers; there are 2 90w models. So yes it is compatible.
