hueyPRO and Turbo Tax

#1 Post by indiana979 » Sun Jan 30, 2011 11:54 am

Turbo Tax Business spends minutes in a non responding state after editing a number. I found only the huey PRO process running ...using of ~90% one core (10-12% of total CPU). Turbo Tax would evenutally (minutes) come back. Edit anouther tax number and same thing again. I had to change to another machine. Seems my new W701ds can't run TurboTax. Can hueyPRO be trying to correct the color of 10 zillion tax forms? Anyone else experience related behavior? I could replicate the event and supply additional detail if there was interest.

On further study, I find hueyPRO using about the same % of total CPU (10-12%) spread over several cores even without Turbo Tax. Its just that Turbo Tax is having trouble on the w701ds. ...and hueyPRO is CPU intensive.
