T60p T7200 Intel Core2 2.0GHz WIN XP SP3. 2 Gig memory ATI FireGL
My T60p fan has been powering up faster/louder lately. Even when not much is happening except Thunderbird is checking the server for email, and Firefox has some windows open.
I could not find any installed software to check temps inside. Not sure what temps would be considered "high" anyway.
What software should be used to check/monitor/warn about internal temps?
I downloaded and installed "SpeedFan". Again, I have no idea what is considered "HOT" or "NORMAL" temperature.
Speed fan shows:
HD0 36C
Temp1: 93C
Temp2: 74C
Core 0: 73C
Core 1: 75C
Please advise. Thanks.
How to monitor T60p temperature? What software?
Re: How to monitor T60p temperature? What software?
Run tpfancontrol in BIOS mode and post the temps here.
