X201t can not recognize the external USB Hard disk

X200, X201, X220 (including equivalent tablet models) and X300, X301 series specific matters only.

X201t can not recognize the external USB Hard disk

Dear All,

May anyone know how my new X201t can not recognize the external USB Hard Disk either 500GB or 1TB? Even it can recognize a 4G USB thumb drive.

Are you plugging it into the POWERED usb port?
