What is the max memory for A20P?

Working on an old A20P P3 700mhz for fun....Mine only has 128mb so I'm wondering if you folks know what the max I can get for it is? I was thinking 256 was the max but not sure. It has two slots so I'm sure I can stuff another stick in there but not sure if it will accept more than 256.

Also will pc133 fit in the slots and work?

Max is 512MB PC100 or low-density PC133.

Low-density 256MB DIMM will have 8 chips on the side, 16 total.
