HDD data rates of HDD and UltraBay in T510?

What are the data speeds of the HDD and Ultrabay (if using for HDD) for the T510? I see that the HDD is 3GB/Sec right? Ultrabay is tough to figure out, its 1.5 or 3.0 GB/s? Not sure.

According to the tabook it's 3GBb/s for the hard drive and 1.5Gb/s for the ultrabay unless I'm reading it wrong, which is possible.
