T30 16 volt adapter used on t410

i have collected about a dozen 16 volt adapters that i used on my t30 and am wondering if those can be used on my t410. i found a tip online that converts the smaller barrel of the 16 volt adapter to the larger tip of the 20 volt adapter.

No, it will not provide enough power to run the machine and charge the battery.
