Where to get Vista to Win7 Pro upgrade disks/key?

Hi all - I'm picking up a spare W700 w/Vista on it. I'd like to clone my current W700 Win7 Pro hard drive and run it on the Vista box. To do so(legally) I need to pick up an upgrade, w/key. So, where to go for $this$ ??

Poked around on ebay, so I know what's there...called Lenovo, but the guy there said they don't sell upgrades, so outa luck there. Looked on MSFT's site, but as expected it was retail/steep pricing.

Any ideas on where to go to get a key? I don't actually need the disks, as I'm gonna clone my current stuff, but I do need to register it.

Wanna go legit here; no cracked Win7, no "Dell only upgrades, but -might- work for you" kinda crap. Just a legal key for a more reasonable cost.
