I thought I would post this up here before heading to ebay. This laptop was purchased by me about 2 weeks ago as an intended replacement for my X60s, but I haven't found myself using the tablet enough to justify having it so I'll be shifting to a X200 instead.

The battery is genuine, and performs very well. With aggressive usage I've been able to get a solid 6 hours out of one sitting. Power manager shows 4 cycles.

The OS setup is a little odd. Lenovo's website says this model came with XP, but there is a Vista sticker on the palmrest. However 7 Pro is currently installed, and there is both a Windows 7 COA and a Vista COA on the bottom. I presume Lenovo offered this as some sort of upgrade (the COA does say Lenovo on it).

Physically the machine is very good condition, with only minor marks on the case and body from normal usage. There is no shine whatsoever on the palmrest, and minimal on the keyboard. Everything works great. The only issue is one small (1 inch) scratch at the very bottom left corner of the display. I didn't notice it until a few days after I purchased it, it is hardly noticable with the screen on and does not interfere with tablet usage.
