Intel HD Graphics driver not taking monitor profiles

Hi,
I have the Edge 11 which is Core i3-380UM. It has the integrated Intel HD Graphics. I am using this as a lightweight laptop to use on the road and I profiled it with the XRITE i1Display 2 monitor calibrator. The profile works great as the image is beautiful but for whatever reason my system won't keep the monitor profile. The profiles goes to default when:

a) I start the Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel and (cancel /escape) out of the program
b) I resume from sleep
c) The system gets an admin message (user access control)

XRite has a way to reload the profile but it is annoying to lose color and reload a monitor profile. It should load automatically. My guess is that its an issue with the Intel Graphics Driver. Can anyone help?
