Replacement keys for external USB keyboard P/N FRU 02R0400

I've got a nice external USB keyboard that works really well, except the 'F' key, and its underlying mechanism has gone. I've been trying to find replacement keys, but haven't been able to find any. The mechanism is different from the one in the T60, so I know I can't just buy any keyboard and it will work.
