I just got a tweet about it. :D:D:D I remain disappointed that the 17" W series was canceled, however, but I DO HOPE that this is the permanent return of IPS screens for ALL high-end models, and not just the X series, even if it is a paid option. A lot of us have always maintained that we would happily pay a premium for this very premium screen technology, haven't we?

Let's get the option in the T and W series and let's get a 17" ThinkPad, whatever model number precedes it.
