Strange Recovery Process from CD (Thinkpad T43)

Hi guys, anyone experience the same thing before ?

when i insert cd 1. during the 1st part of recovery (screenshoot attached) it will last only 1 second. then it will said the recovery process complete. normally as far as i know it will ask for the next cd (theres another 5cd). can anyone guide me with this ?
