T60 Fan is Always On

Recently, it seams like my fan is always on. I have cleaned out the fan with small amounts of compressed air. I have seen some post about TPFanControl by troubadix but they seem to be 3 or 4 years old and I am wondering about using it with Windows 7.

tpfancontrol works fine with windows 7. Run it in BIOS mode if you just want to monitor existing fan speeds and temperatures.
