NEED HELP WITH OPEN OFFICE 3.2 Calc

#1 Post by alofano » Wed Mar 09, 2011 10:55 am

I have tried all that I know and have spent many many hours on this and still no luck.
Can someone please help me, I am goinf nuts !!!

The issue for me is ...

When I go to print I am getting 3 pages but I should be getting two.
I am trying to find a way to make adjustement in "Page Preview" but I can not find anything there. With microsoft excel it was different and easier.

I hope I am making sense here because I am going nuts.

What I want to do it make adjustment on my Open Office Calc

Please, help me someone.

I'm on 2.4 but fairly certain it's the same for 3.2.

Select the print areas you want. Go to Format> Print Ranges> Add, and that should work for you.

Thanks for your quick reply BUT still the same here, :(
I'm going nuts, don't know what to do.

OK Edited after this point.

The correct wording is ...
I would like to make adjustment on "Page Break".
How do I REMOVE current "Page Break"
and
How do I make new ones ?

Thanks
Hopefully this is clearer on what I am trying to say.

I understand what you mean now!

Define the print range as before. Then you need to go into Format > Page > and change the margins. footer, header to increase the print range per page.

You may also want to decrease the font size in the document as well.

It's a bit clunky but it's the only way I know compared with adjusting everything on the one page as in MS Excel.
