X41 Tablet usb connectors

Hi this is my first post so if I forget to put anything let me know.

I've got an X41 Tablet and the USB socket on the right hand side is intermittent at best. I know I could get a PCMIA card with USB ports on it, but I like the challange of fixing it as it really isn't that difficult.

So basically I want to solder a new port on but the problem I'm having is finding the right connector. I've already had the motherboard out and had a look at it, and it seems to be a top-edge mounted one. So far I've checked a few component stores and they tend to sell the top mounted standard usb recepticle.

Ive been to the suppliers website "Tyco" with the component number (05352) engraved on the socket with no luck finding an identical part. I normally wouldnt worry if I had space to manouver but with it being a tablet if the replacement part is out by a small ammount it wont sit flush in the case, or will be out of alignment after I solder it in and reassemble.

Anyway I was hoping if someone has done anything similar before and knows what type it is, or any advice or whether the IBM Thinkpads have a standard socket they use.

On the Tyco (now TE connectivity) website there are so mnay listed, most of the surface mounted/edge mounted ones dont seem to match up according to their technical drawings. Anyway any help or advice would be appreciated.
