Is the T60 available with 800x600 screen resolution?

All T60s support 800x600 screen resolution, but there does not exist a T60 for which it is the native resolution. The lowest native is 1024x768 on some models.
Current: X220 4291-4BG, T410 2537-R46, T60 1952-F76, T60 2007-QPG, T42 2373-F7G
Collectibles: T430s (IPS FHD + Classic Keyboard), X32 (IPS Screen)
Retired: X61 7673-V2V, A31p w/ Ultrabay Numpad
Past: Z61t 9440-A23, T60 2623-D3U, X32 2884-M5U

Interesting question. Are you asking this because you want a screen with a very low pixel density so that everything looks bigger?
Microsoft Surface 3 (Atom x7-Z8700 / 4GB / 128GB / LTE)
Dell OptiPlex 9010 SFF (Core i3-3220 / 8GB / 8TB); HP 8300 Elite minitower (Core i7-3770 / 16GB / 9.25TB)
Acer T272HUL; Crossover 404K; Dell 3008WFP, U2715H, U2711, P2416D; Monoprice 10734; QNIX QHD2410R; Seiki Pro SM40UNP

With each new windows version you get better dpi support.

If you decrease dpis, everything on the screen looks bigger.

Windows 7 is really nice doing this, it is far better than Windows XP. It is not perfect, though. In general, decreasing dpis in windows is better than just decreasing the resolution. Of course it's best to have a native display panel within the T60.

There was no 800x600 original display available to order from Lenovo/IBM. The T60 displays have to have a special chip (eeprom) which is programmed only for thinkpads. You can not use displays without this chip. This is at least for T60 with SXGA+ and UXGA displays. I am not sure if this is true for other thinkpads.
