the latest ThinkPad PSREF Sheets have been posted and the X220T is included.

any sign of these being included in these new Tablets ,,,,,? I couldnt see any on these PSREF's....

the PSREF sheets will likely show WWAN models with later revisions.   i would expect future WWAN offerings to match other recent thinkpad models.

Interesting that the tablets apparently aren't getting low-voltage CPUs this time around.
Current Thinkpads:
X31, X40, X61T, X61, X201, X220 (i7 IPS), W520 (2720QM/2000M/FHD), T440p (i7-4800MQ/GF730GT/FHD)
Dells: Latitude C840, Precision M70, Precision M4400, M6400 (WUXGA), M6600, M6700

I 4 1 = never been a FAN of "ULV" pro'sors .....way too much compromise!
and reletive battery"savings" are over/under-rated...Juz MYHO...

ULV's are more pricey compared to regular voltage CPUs. So there must be enough demand by customers, good engineering reason, or discount from Intel before Lenovo will offer it all over the world.

Once Intel's yield goes up and demands on Sandy Bridge cools a bit, we may see ULV versions.

Lenovo is supposedly working on X1 versions of Thinkpad which may adopt ULV chips as a macbook air competitor - somewhat like what it did with X300/301.

Seeing as the current X201 tablet already has some configurations with normal-voltage i5 processor, this doesn't surprise me (For those who don't believe me, check out model number 2985FSU for example)
