Does anybody know where i could aquire this loginscreen?

Does anybody know where i could aquire this login screen for windows 7?

I heard it comes on OEM installations, if anybody here has that, it would be great if you could extract the login screen from it.

I mine when I d/l ThinkVantage from IBM site.I have a W7 Ultimate OS and it was installed on a virgin drive. All my drivers have came form IBM also.
