As in topic; looking for a bay battery (x2) and a com/lpt bay adapter for thinkpad t43

IIRC, the bay LPT/RS232 adapter only works in the t6x, and not the t4x.

sure about that? A collegue of mine once had such a device in his T43

I have no actuall experience with them, I am just basing it off what it says on ThinkWiki - and it makes sense becasue the T4x have LPT adapter already, so it would be reduntant to put a second connection in the ultrabay.
If it works, that page should probably be updated - I believe that usb-serial ports are fairly common (but I also understand that they are not always compatible)

For some simple works it does the job. But when trying to use them for PLC programming, getting some plots etc. it won't work at all.

That is why I am looking for it. Anyone actually able to check if it works on T43?
