Hello folks,

I'm finally letting my X201 go, in great condition. It is fully functional, and has only been lightly used by me for less than 1 month in total usage.

A factory restore of Windows 7 Professional 64bit has been made on it, with all the proper Lenovo Enhanced Experience tweaks. There is also a Windows 7 Professional CD key at the bottom of the laptop, so you can re-install Windows at any time in the future, if that's your preference.

The specifications of the laptop is as follows:

Original description: i5-540M(2.53GHz), 4GB RAM, Intel X25M G2 80GB SSD, 12.1in 1280x800 LCD (upgraded with Flexview IPS screen), Intel HD Graphics, Intel 6200AGN wireless, WWAN upgradeable, Bluetooth, Modem, 1Gb Ethernet, UltraNav, Secure chip, Fingerprint reader, Camera, Win7 Pro 64bit

The laptop also features 3 years of on-site warranty repair (meaning that if you have a problem, you can schedule a technician to come into your home to repair the machine, without having to go through the hassle of sending the laptop to a depot center), which expires in 2013-04-20. Please refer to the attached picture of the proof of warranty.

The most special thing about this laptop is the fact that I retrofitted a Flexview IPS screen into the laptop. There is only a few such X201's, as far as I know. The improved viewing angle and color reproduction definitely make this one of the nicest laptops you can get.

Included in this auction will be the laptop itself, as well as an AC adapter. I've unfortunately misplaced the box and the battery, so those won't be included.

My understanding is that you've voided the warranty by doing this. Am I wrong here?

Nope, warranty is definitely not voided. Only thing is that the warranty won't cover the screen, as it is replaced by the user. The rest of the laptop is under warranty protection.

This is the glossy version but you can put the matte one you currently have into it with no problem.

Harryc put a Boe Hydis AFFS glossy on my X200 for me -- love it! Colors are crisp and clean -- I couldn't be happier with the glossy replacement

Thanks for the interest. I just took off not one week ago on a month-long business trip, and won't be back until the end of May. I will only be able to ship the laptop out then. If the mods feel like locking this thread, that's fine, as I will re-open a new FS thread after I get back. Sorry about that.
