X31 Bluetooth upgrade problem

I bought a Bluetooth card for my X31.
The card I bought is a FRU 91P7297 (http://cgi.ebay.ca/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?Vie ... K:MEWNX:IT) When I install the card the modem shows up in the Windows xp Device Manager listing, but there is no mention of the Bluetooth device.
I've tried installing the Integrated Bluetooth II and III software for Windows 98 SE/2000/XP (bthwxp1o.exe) and it seems to install, but can't find any bluetooth devices.
My BIOS and controller are updated to the newest versions, (BIOS V.3.02, Controller V.1.08)
Am I missing something or is this card defective?

Install power manager, ACPI power management, and the hotkey utility. Then Fn-F5 and enable the bluetooth radio.

Between your note and a link the vendor sent me, (http://ebay.gotlux.com/Bluetooth%20Issues.htm) I got it turned on and running.
BTW, Good service at that vendor, my email was replied to quickly and with helpful information.
