Impressed with "COOL" T420s - Mini Review

Just picked up a new 417153U for field use and I must say I am impressed. Thought I would miss my W520 but am very happy with the screen and power of the I5. I did replace the drive with the IBM 160GB unit and cold boot speeds with this drive and the RapidDrive feature are so fast that suspend is a feature I will not use often. Only lacking my additional 4GB stick which will be here next week. Nothing wrong with the performance on the T420s on 4gb but I like to fill it up.

The overall fit and finish of this T420s is not to disappoint! The keyboard is every bit as good as I could ever ask for! This is a excellent compromise in weight for performance!

Hard to be disappointed here, been using this thing for hours and the bottom is stone cold and I am not exaggerating, no fan noise but can feel cool air breathing out the vent! Coldest laptop I have ever used!
