Is there a screen alignment procedure for the T60?

My Sony monitor has software and an auto adjust for phase and pitch. Sometimes the monitor gets fuzzy.

Most stand alone monitors have some sort of auto sync function to help them with the various signal that different graphics adapters will be sending out. But, a laptop's monitor, graphics chip and driver are all designed to work well together. No need for signal sync adjustment, as far as I know.
