Closed T400 - innovation or issue?

#1 Post by wujstefan » Wed Apr 13, 2011 12:54 pm

Hello,
A friend of mine, as well as my dad both have a T400 system. They both have the same issue: while closed, there is some play of 1-2mm between the lid and the palmrest.
I have seen some article saying that it is not an issue, but rather an innovation and it has to be so. Can I ask for some explanation before I get to find some fix on it?

Same here. Never heard of this particular aspect as a design feature.
Never thought it as an issue though.
