Pardon my incredulity, but does Windows 7 even run on a T23 with 512MB?

Is there a COA and restore media included?

Pardon me stepping-in to answer that question, but Windows 7 runs on about any P6 (Pentium Pro compatible) system with 384 MiB memory.

But how well does it run? I tried to run XP on a ThinkPad X31 with minimal RAM and it was a painful experience. A quick upgrade to 2GB RAM was all it took to change things completely.

Keep in mind a Volkswagen beetle will run on Premium Fuel (petrol), Im just not real sure there is a need.

YMMV
