Bought: T61 with intel graphics and T9xxx/T8300

I'm looking to buy T61 with integrated intel GPU only and Penryn CPU, preferably T9300/T9500.
Memory - 2GB in one stick or 4GB.
Prefer 14'' models, but will consider 15.4'' too.
Unit may be without AC adapter, with bad or no battery at all, without hdd.

Unfortunately i'm not from US to buy on newegg. And this laptop has only T7500.
