T & R compatibilities

Does anyone know if a hard drive that fits the T series will also fit into an R30 slot? Also, what about memory sticks... are they similar too? I was able to pick up an R30 for very little $. I may have to resell it though if it isn't parts-friendly.

Yes for both (swapping memory and hard drive between R30 and T23).

I was able to insert the hard drive but it wasn't recognized. I think the caddy/cover didn't fit exactly (had to jimmy it a bit) so I ordered a set for the R series and will try again. Thanks.
