Check out Desktop Nexus too, they have some lovely abstract wallpapers!

Interfacelift is also great if you use the "My Pictures" screensaver.

For a desktop wallpaper, I like a picture of...a desktop.

If you don't want to part with money to buy books then the British Library is the place to go. http://www.bl.uk/

I would imagine that finding a place to download those sort of books would be like tripping over rocking-horse droppings. :wink:
